**Price is subject travel and service fee up to 20-mile radius from business zip code of 60453, additional miles will be invoiced at $0.54 cent per mile **

Each person signing the document, including witnesses, must be present for us to notarize a signature.

The Notary must see you and your witnesses sign the documents. DO NOT sign documents before appointment.

You must bring a current, unexpired photo ID with your signature issued by a U.S. state or federal government such as a Driver’s License, State ID Card, U.S. Military Card, or U.S. Passport.

*Payment is due upon completion of all mobile on call services, however this excludes Power of Attorney, Will and Testaments, Photo Inspections and Residential and Commercial Mortgage Loan Services, where all invoices be due net 14 of date of completion of assignment unless otherwise negotiated
